The quantity of diesel involved does almost nothing to relieve U.S. diesel shortages. It amounts to less than a 1 day supply. The money will undoubtedly be used to pay for more Russian terrorism against Ukraine. Maybe our criminal president is just lining his pockets by brokering the deal.
