Gas prices have a larger impact on rural voters, a large part of Trump’s base. At 50 miles a day each way to work, the cost of gas could be an extra $1,200 per year. Add in other mileage & a second car, the total increase could be $2,000.

A bill passed the Senate last night 100-0 to fund TSA, the Coast Guard and FEMA. If Speaker Johnson called it for a vote it would pass easily. But he won’t do that. Because Trump has ordered him to keep TSA shut down and keep the chaos. Pure incompetence.
