This is best done using a small sieve. Cool the Tiramisu in the fridge for at least four hours, best for a whole day. (End, was 4 posts in the end and I forgot the counting, sigh)

Lay them carefully in a layer on the mascarpone. Over the layer of biscuits, spread more of the mascarpone mix. And so on, until you end up with at least three layers of biscuit. End with a layer of mascarpone, dust it with the cocoa.

Make the coffee and put in a bowl. In another bowl mix sugar and egg yolks until foamy, then add the mascarpone. Mix until completely smooth. Add a little of the mix into the bottom of a rectangular form. Dunk the biscuits in the coffee, but not too long, lest they get soggy.

A few minutes later zoomed back at highest speed and lost footing on the metal window sill, to just manage hooking a claw into the frame and haul its ass inside. My heart dropped into my pants watching that. We had a good long cuddle afterwards to recover.

One of my external USB drives is filling up. It's a 4 TB SSD that I bought in 2023. So I idly thought, I'll get another one then and split the files across. Wrong! A 2 TB one now costs twice the money I paid for the 4 TB. What the hell do regular people use for external storage these days?

I really need to get round to moving away from gmail! I "just" need to decide on a new provider, forward gmail there and start the looong process of adjusting all the bits where my email address is used. It's only "concerning" when an extreme right wing party wins, but "there have to be consequences" when a moderately left wing wins. Political discussions are really quite pointless these days.

It is quite wild that closure of one tunnel and part of one (admittedly very wide) street is causing utter traffic mayhem in the centre of Berlin since yesterday. I mostly cycle through a park to work, but still saw two car accidents and many angry drivers. Bad times for pedestrians and cyclists.
