![I was coming from work with Yaovi. We work at the pizza hut on 13318 New Hampshire
Ave. We took the bus #44 at 10:26 pm. We got off the bus with another young man. I went
to the bus stop [southbound] to wait for the flash heading to Silver Spring. Yaovi crossed the
street to wait for another bus. I heard a noise and saw the car stopped. The driver looked
troubled. I thought he hit a sign. I noticed that something was wrong when I saw Yaovi’s bus
