This is very worrying. Making offering a "bowl of soup" to someone without legal papers a criminal offense. In times of far-right political experimentation, Dutch politics can ill afford a parliamentary "slip-up". It’s up to the Senate now to demonstrate its purpose of chambre de reflexion.

The majority of people in the British Isles descend from the Spanish. Oxford University discovered that the Celts, Britain's indigenous people, are descended from Iberian men who migrated about 6,000 years ago. They have an almost identical genetic "fingerprint" to the inhabitants of coastal Spain.
