We are at #GlobalBirdfair once again. Looking forward to a weekend of wildlife based entertainment, lectures and talks. Fantasising about cameras and optics. Browsing books and general kit. May well walk away with a wildlife holiday - who knows P.m. me to meet up.

Social media isn't all bad. Andy @withylake.bsky.social sent me a screenshot from FB about bee orchids in my home town. I loaded FB and Messanger and contacted the guy. I now have new bee site 400m from home, and new orchid chum less than 100m from home .
