I've been in every region of the city except the Crescenta Valley since Pratt slithered back into the woodwork. Downtown, the Eastside, Hollywood, Mideast, Midtown, Northeast, the San Fernando Valley, South Los Angeles, and the Westside. 100% of the mayoral signs I've seen have been for Raman. 100%.

Angelenos should not be kettled, arrested, or punished for exercising their First Amendment rights — including the right to document what they see. If you were detained or arrested for bearing witness or for “unlawful assembly” after you were already being contained, that demands accountability.

It was reached in negotiation with West Hollywood planners and the language is very specific to ensure that the proper assurances are there for WeHo's EIFD to be formed.
