I quantified some of the repaving issues I've been observing, and it's even worse than I expected. I don't understand why this is not a scandal for equity-minded central and south L.A. councilmembers... or even all councilmembers.

Today L.A. City began installing the first of 125 speed camera systems. After a 60-day warning period, speed cameras will automatically issue $50-$500 citations. la.streetsblog.org/2026/10/01/l...
