Not sure how I feel about 1 in 5 practitioners didn't/ wasn't able to/ couldn't use or offer pain relief for IUD fittings. I doubt patients would say no? My usual practice: advise oral analgesia, offer Instillagel & lidocaine spray. I make it clear it's going to be painful! #cosrh26 #sexualhealth

In the last 4 weeks I must have had at least 10, yes TEN review requests from various journals (took 2). I have a manuscript sitting a journal system for 4 months. I just received reviewer comments for another so I don't have time to do any more. The peer review system is broken 😱 #AcademicSky

The EHRC guidance does not apply to workplaces, and trans people are not criminalised for using any toilet in the UK. But the whole point of this - as with Section 28 back in the 1980s - is to intimidate people. Don't give into that fear.
