I think most telling is the phrasing "20 per payment method", which means they're totally fine with people using multiple devices or multiple credit cards to vote more than 20 times, which I feel is against the spirit of the public vote. Hopefully this is something that DOES get challenged.

Because we're anticipating another jury/televote split: Since the vote was split into two, 5 out of 8 Eurovision winners have had to make up a gap in the televote versus the jury winner. The biggest gap that was overcome was 109 points.

Many reasons why some of the other 2020 artists may not be here. Some may want their first performance on the big stage to be when competing. Some of the groups may no longer be together. Some may now have a complicated relationship to the Song Contest for various reasons.
