Might wanna tone down the criticism of PMs who resign before their term is up, or you'll find yourself in an awkward position when Starmer has to do the same.

Scotland had a lot going for it when it comes to locating new data centres there compared to elsewhere in the UK: - Cold climate so less energy needed for cooling (exploit ambient cold) - Waste heat resale (district heating etc.) - Close to offshore wind (less grid stress, lower transport loss)

Scotland also gets 90% of its energy from renewables, yet we're still stuck with higher energy costs because the rest of the UK is lagging behind, so energy prices are determined based on the cost of fossil fuels.

Aye, renewables are cheaper than fossil fuels already, and still improving. Also, there's been loads of progress in battery storage over the last decade. Frankly, at this point we should already be getting virtually all of our electricity from renewables.

Capitalism isn't inherently evil, it just needs far stronger checks and balances. Billionaires should not exist, for example. Tax them at 99% if need be. Emerging technologies could usher in a post-work, post-scarcity society within the next few decades if properly managed.

Swinney isn't anti-EU. While I don’t follow everything he says, I know that much. If he has objected to any deals, it's almost certainly on the basis that the deal doesn't go far enough, and by that logic the Lib Dems should also be listed as "against", since they also want full EU membership.
