We're in a whole political moment that's largely about white guys being upset that social norms were starting to make them have to be aware of and respect other people's boundaries. Kind of awkward to be defiantly on the side of "I'll say whatever I want no matter how harmful; you can't stop me."

I wanna point out that to a lot of people, "allergy" and "poison" are synonyms. So just imagine how it feels when people around you don't care enough not to shove poison in your face. Actual, can-kill-you poison. And then they call you dramatic for getting intense about it. Fucks sake

A woman was shot in the fucking face by an agent of the state but OH NO, DISABILITIES!!!!! Why are we trying to judge whether or not random young women are disabled when there are actual issues??? Which includes albelism and accessibility, by the way. Those are real issues as well.

I look forward to the day when we can accept a person's gender identity with the same air as accepting a person's favorite color. Where ALL accessibility aides are as normalized as glasses, the most common. Mamdani gives me hope for that future. The rest of the government, not so much.

Unsolicited opinions. Having an invisible disability should not mean having to be rediagnosed every 3-5 year because your doctor doesn't believe you/"see it".

Three watercolor paintings.

The left one is the size of a bookmark, and depicts a red panda jumping down. The background is an orange-to-white (top to bottom) gradiant.

The top right one is a clouded leopard, with black marking over a soft, pastel rainbow pelt. Their eyes are silver grey.

The bottom right one is a grey wolf with black marking on the head and cheeks, and deep amber eyes.
