This is also probably why whenever I see a post going 'these are my favorite fictional lesbian couples!' on the lesbian subreddit, it's 99% couples from cartoons for 8-10 year olds. They're scared that anything more adult/sexual would be 'for the male gaze' and therefore perverted, disgusting.

I think besides the incorrect guess on details, the other main problem with having it upscale like this is old paintings/old painting-styled illustrations get smoothed out because it views texture, age, and cracks as imperfections that need to be fixed, rather than just retain them.

its alright Rose is hella funny but i still dont fully trust the love interest. At least this episode showed *some* amount of thoughtfulness. Her friend is nice tho, he's geniunly exited when she showed interest in clother, i fuck with that guy.
