jokes aside, i gotta begrudgingly admit Sigma is handled really well in Megaman X4 he essentially just lightly tips the scales and causes a war that was already vaguely bubbling to break out, creating a conflict with very little actual villains for what MMX is allowed to, its compelling stuff
