Heaven's Memo Pad was good! Some of the yakuza stuff around the middle wasn't quite as strong, but it ended off on easily its strongest arc. Really like the bookend moment right at the end, simple but effective bit of writing.

After many long years of waiting for the USSG kids to get their due after Children of Ursus, they come back with nothing less than one of the best events in the game. I'll be damned, Arknights still got it (not that it ever didn't have it).

Grow-Up Show was great. I do think the ending played it a bit safe, but maybe it was a bit much to expect this show to take a fully tragic turn all of a sudden. Ultimately it doesn't change my opinion of it that drastically, still a great romp. Ouka and Mizuka didn't kiss though. Minus points.

Draw This Then Die is probably my biggest surprise of the season, though in hindsight, I don't know why I didn't have higher expectations of it in the first place. It's good chief. It's damn good.

Thus ends Yani Neko. At times funny, at times melancholic, but always unmistakably human. A touching tale of trying your best to live through even the worst of times, caked in tar, soaked in alcohol and gamer girl piss, and reeking of cat shit. It may be one of the best anime to come out this year.

GGWP was good. I have never played a fighting game in my life so I bet it would've been even cooler if I had the faintest idea what the hell they were talking about most of the time, but even without that knowledge, it still manages to pull you in. And, more importantly, these bitches gay.
