Recently participated in the “Ride of Silence” an annual worldwide cycling event held on the third Wednesday of May. Cyclists ride together in complete silence at slow speeds to memorialize riders killed or injured by traffic, and to raise awareness. #rideofsilence #cyclist

After two years of thinking about it, decided to invest in a road bike. Very happy with my choice. I’ll be doing my first duathlon next month. I’m also looking forward to balancing my running with a lot more cycling, strength training, cross training and mobility work. #running #cycling #duathlon

This past Sunday, I completed my 11th marathon. It never gets easier, I just get more familiar with the distance and how to handle it. As a recreational runner, every mile demands grit, patience, and belief. Each step reminds me I can endure and finish what I start. Grateful! #running #runner
