As someone who endured a multi-year Crohn's flare, people need to care more about the potential for Covid to make their chronic illnesses worse. My immune system went haywire after I gave birth and the med that was controlling my Crohn's for over a decade suddenly stopped working.

There was a moose in my small city today. It traveled all over and has been spotted in neighboring towns recently. I hope it stays safe, especially since it was on a busy highway. I wish I had seen it, but the video of it crossing a street I regularly travel was like Northern Exposure in my city!

I bought a new therapy light, so now I need to rearrange the stuff on my desk and climb under it to unplug the old light. The new one is an LED light, while the old one had a fluorescent bulb. The new one also has a timer, which is super important.

This! I mostly listen to newer music via DJs who stream on Twitch or from YT Music and my taste is about as far to the opposite end of the spectrum from country as it can get. The only radio station my family listens to is the local PBS station when we are in the car.

And it's not just my father who doesn't see what he has done to me and my half-brother as abuse, it's his whole family. They can't understand why I've had little to no contact with him since I became an adult (over 30 years ago).
