Anyone who’s had an MRI can tell you it’s virtually impossible not to know what part of the body was scanned They put heavy plates over the affected body part. If it’s your head they lock it in. If Trump doesn’t know what body part he had scanned, his mental status should be called into question.

AI cannot output art. Using LLMs to generate images or audio or video is simply the biggest loser behaviour imaginable, second only to knowingly consuming it and thinking it’s anything other than garbage. You’ve got all of recorded human history at your fingertips to engage with.

Those of us with POTS, ME/CFS or MCAS knew right away that Long Covid would take a devastating toll We knew the medical system wasn’t equipped to handle the influx of chronic illness patients it was about to get I hoped the sheer size of the problem would lead to better care. It didn’t happen.
