Medical people: 102-year-old discharged from hospital after 5 days with pneumonia and UTI. Day after discharge, high energy, laughing out loud and carrying on conversations for 15 minutes (hasn't done in a long time). Then next day back to low energy and less communication. Unusual? Causes?
