As Chamberlain learned the hard way with Hitler, you can't appease an aggressor. It doesn't work. Once they see you're weak, they'll take advantage.
Never give in to Trump, ever. It'll hurt more if you do. And if you punch him in the metaphorical nose, he'll be less likely to mess with you.
