Para los que preguntan por la historia de la jirafa, ahí va: Hace un par de semanas, a eso de las 11 o 12 de la noche, estaba acostado y con la luz apagada. Entre sueños, escuché un sonido a un lado de mi cama. Era un crujido de plástico muy familiar que comenzó de golpe y a un ritmo fuerte.

Ayer me pasó algo interesante al salir del cine. Conocí a la señora más agradable con la que haya tenido la oportunidad de conversar en los últimos 6 meses. Iba acompañada de su hija. La ayudé a bajar unas escaleras porque ya es una persona mayor y su hija estaba luchando para sostenerla.

Tengo meses sin poder dormir más de 5 horas seguidas. A veces solo 3. Ésta semana comencé a tomar una pastilla que me recomendaron y, ayer y hoy logré dormir casi 9 horas. Me da sueño una buena parte de la mañana pero, creo que puedo vivir con eso a cambio de no dejar frito mi cerebro por insomnio.

Parece que, en mi pueblo sureño mexicano, acaba de hacerse viral el vídeo de un comando de la guardia nacional deteniendo a una enfermera porque no ha pagado pensión alimenticia a sus hijos. Muchos se ofenden, otros celebran. Creo que es un uso excesivo e injustificado de fuerza militar.
