Good friend died yesterday with voluntary assisted suicide. He had LC badly and a short fight with pancreatic cancer made him check out. Friend’s Nan died from a C-19 infection and her funeral was today. The C-19 funeral season has begun. Try not to join it. #WearAMask

Many commentators have claimed that a recently-updated Cochrane Review shows that 'masks don't work', which is an inaccurate and misleading interpretation.

It would be accurate to say that the review examined whether interventions to promote mask wearing help to slow the spread of respiratory viruses, and that the results were inconclusive. Given the limitations in the primary evidence, the review is not able to address the question of whether mask-wearing itself reduces people's risk of contracting or spreading respiratory viruses.

The ME stands for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. It isn't just "fatigue" the way most think it means. In healthy mitochondria (power house of each cell w/ the exception of mature erythrocytes), ATP is constantly being made. With mitochondrial dysfunction (as in MECFS), it takes 1 to 4 days to replenish.
