home depot currently selling 4x6" completed wood fence panels for $130 on sale with some being over $200 You can buy the same size all black, state of the art, 445w solar panel for $170 ($150 if you buy a pallet...enough to do 120lf) Solar is basically as cheap or cheaper than wood.
