Again -- when there's an obstruction to the footpath or to a cycleway, often the only possible way to continue is by going around this obstruction, into the ways that motor traffic takes. This is not "diving headfirst into oncoming cars", but it does put you at risk of collision.

I'm not a cyclist, I haven't been on a bike for like 6 months since it got destroyed when I got hit by a ute. Getting another bike is well outside what I can afford, so I simply have to spend hours walking anywhere I need to go :)

I don't believe in having people killed -- that's why I don't think people should be forced to ride in dangerous conditions amongst motor traffic. A licence is a document that certifies your understanding of the road rules. Illegal parking in a clearly marked cycleway is evidence against that.

Well you see, I don't. If there's a car parked in the cycleway then I have to go out into the road and risk getting killed... Which is what I'm talking about? I have no interest in ruining anybody's life, but if penalties aren't steep enough to prevent this then they aren't steep enough.

Generally we don't want people parking in cycleways because when they do that, riders have to ride in the road putting themselves at great risk of bodily injury or death. You're worried about the livelihood of somebody who made a decision to block the RoW, but not the riders who could be killed?

Also a great illustration of how cyclists move like flocks of birds. (Cars are more like herds of water buffaloes.) Road design and markings should reflect that with fewer right-angle turns onto bike lanes, for example. Streets for bikes need less engineering and more design.

Members of the Jewish community are either Australian citizens whose head of state in King Charles III or they are non-citizens, resident on visas, whose foreign head of state is shown on their passports. The latter have no entitlement to enter Aust and then demand visits by their own head of state.

Just so I'm clear on this, computer memory has tripled in price because a bunch of it that hasn't been produced yet has been ordered to populate GPUs that aren't installed in data centers that aren't built yet in order to service a demand that doesn't exist to make profits that don't happen.
