RIP Fred C. Letterio (1941-2026) Fred's relationship with @upenn.edu spanned over 50 years when he began working at Penn in 1970 and joined the Vision Research Center Machine Shop in 1975. As Director of the Machine Shop, Fred made invaluable contributions to countless research projects.
