Thank you. Generally the latter - red legs are imported and released in places where farming practices and a lack of predator management means a self-sustaining population of partridges isn’t viable I guess that in Europe you’d get tough wild red legs but the birds we get here are a reared strain

I have said @markavery.bsky.social I will debate with them anytime they like. The mad thing is that I agree with a fair bit of what they say and it’s not like I give landowners an easy ride either They have yet to get back to me. Do I make them look silly? For sure. But hard not to I’m afraid
