I don't really understand the need for an HOA plus town or city bylaws. I'm more familiar with a strata which is generally condo buildings or townhouses that do not face a city street, but rather their access driveway.

Yeah, the H2? I haven't found pepcid/famotidine in the regular dose yet, but it's on my list to try. I can't start with the extra strong dose, I have to test my reaction. Like, I can't take 20mg of reactine, only 10.

I have a 2019 Crosstrek with a screen, but the screen is limited to mirroring my maps, and displaying music. It is touch screen but it's not required like it is on the newer ones. I almost bought a 2003 Celica a few weeks ago as a fun car, tho. (So fun.)
