Crisp hipsters in Huddersfield (flat caps, Northern Soul keks). No wonder - it's the International Crisp Festival at the Sportsman and County pubs.
The Huddersfield International Crisp Festival (October 2-11). Over 200 varieties of crisps plus events - including Fleetwood Snack.

Fifteen years ago, I said hello to a bloke who I thought was Bob Tomlinson but it wasn't Bob. I'm terrible with faces. I kept seeing Not Bob around and we kept saying hello. Not seen Not Bob in yonks but he's just come over and said hello. Time to explain the Bob origin story to him next time.

It's two years since I became editor of The Teesside Lead. Since then it's become an award-winning publication and continued to fill a gap in the local news landscape that nobody else is doing. To celebrate there's a 20% discount on an annual subscription until the end of this month.
