My current ear worm is multi-layered-Something by The Beatles, which morphs into All The Young Dudes, which finishes as I Can Drive by Shakespears Sister. Because they all have that same bloody ascending chord progression.

Me and my mate Naz were at Glastonbury when they used to have a cinema field. The Wicker Man was showing. About 3/4 of way through they film the projector broke. Most people left but we fell asleep. They fixed the projector as the sun was rising which perfectly matched the final shot of the film.

Stood at bus stop and man was chatting to me for at least 15 mins. He was tipsy, I’d say. Then he asked me my age (I’m 52). He said he couldn’t believe it and thought I was the same age as him. He shook my hand, said, ‘fair play to you’ and walked off. Words escape me.

Aged 15. My & my mate snuck out to Deville’s. Her mum worked nights and her brother was supposed to let us in when we got home. Couldn’t wake him up at 3am. We crammed ourselves into the porch and fell asleep. Woke up at 7am and the milkman had wedged the milk in between us.
