Almost back to where I was with C# ^^ It took longer than what I had in mind to bring back objects x) I had to test a lot of things to see how I'll add the Lua scripting Next, I'll bring back the multiplayer test and work on the Lua part a bit more ^^ #indiegamedev #solodev #godotengine

The Linux mascot is a penguin named Tux because Linus Torvalds, the creator of the #Linux kernel, was bitten by a penguin. Seriously, he claims he didn't actually get sick, but it solidified his affection for them. This is the best origin story for a tech mascot ever. Happy World Penguin Day.

I only watched Amelia from HololiveEN. When she quit I knew almost all of the OG group would follow. Now Gura is finally leaving, I liked her but didn't watch. I happened to watch her quit FMV. MAN, didn't expect at all to be so good and translate so much meaning. www.youtube.com/watch?v=twUF...

A lightning storm dances above Hiratsuka, #Japan in this timelapse. Each bolt traces the raw energy of the atmosphere. Lightning can heat the air to over 30,000°C, five times hotter than the sun’s surface.

Gotta love when F1 intensifies with moments like this. Suzuka never disappoints. And no, I don't think Verstappen did anything wrong here.

I have made the source code plus most public domain assets used of my Touhou fangame, Touhou Border Enforcer, open source on github with minor explanation about it just in case. Didn't specify any licence, if a fork or just some code is used, a mention would be appreciated github.com/leokasion/to...

In rare instances, creating a symbolic link under Linux (ln -s) to a file that doesn't yet exist is said to create a "ghost link." This link remains dormant until a file with the target name is created, at which point the link mysteriously awakens and becomes functional. Have you experienced it?

Simple fact: It's okay to not want to be an IT/software project manager and still have a great career as a developer or sysadmin. Never manage a single person, just saying….

@unclejesse.bsky.social just wanted to tell you I have been listening to your VGM *a lot* for some months by now (specially 2hu), and thank you for being yourself in the reactions. It shows and it's both really cool when you deconstruct the songs and also when you convey your true feelings about it.

Reposting this, it's fine if no one cares, but it seems to me WSL 1 got such a bad reputation that people avoided it like the plague (myself included), however since I began working with WSL 2, it has been amazing, and it surprises me almost no one talks about it. #linux #windows #coding #webdev

I may have found a solution for my desktop, using Win10 as main OS, mainly for web dev, coding, games, and old/new native Win programs -using hypervisor with Ubuntu LTS as guest, running lighttpd, PHPFPM and MariaDB via an intranet IP which makes the connection of both systems seamless.

How can I convince my friend who works as a .NET programmer to register on Bluesky? he even never registered on Twitter. Only used Pleroma for a time, Discord, and Steam chat. I alrady told him about it's an open source platform, can be self hosted, could connect to fedi... he also likes anime?

Ended up using the php.exe Windows binary with the embedded developer web server that comes with it (php -S localhost:port -t c:\\path\\to\\code) in order to add a simple mailform to my project, because all VScode extensions that says that do this are buggy and unintituive. I already miss Linux.

notice PHP registers as if I would be using "Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Datacenter" and I'm really using Windows 10 pro
