Details just in of Chiffchaff originally ringed as recently fledged on 24-Jul-2025 at Bad Homburg, Dornholzhausen, Darmstadt, Germany that we processed here on Cape Clear 30th April this year. Never ceases to amaze that such tiny birds, this one a healthy 7.6g, can travel so far, over 800 miles,

According to Verstka Russian units at the front are complaining about a catastrophic shortage of fuel and limits being imposed on military vehicles refueling. They are having problems finding gasoline for the vehicles they bought themselves and for generators that they used.

Riverine tanker fleet is NOT "shadow fleet" that russia uses. "Shadow fleet" vessels are larger tankers. Riverine tanker fleet is even more critical for RU fuel supplying up the internal waterways. So far, 107 vessels were hit in July, but not all of them were riverine tankers. Most were, though.
