even on her book tour she has struggled to answer the question of how she would be handling this differently than Trump, aside from saying "I'd be different than Trump." Her interview with Joy Reid was particularly illuminating in that she managed to say absolutely nothing in her answers.

If you are a parent who didn't or wouldn't let your own son play football, I simply don't understand how you can justify financially supporting the sport. For every multimillionaire NFL player who dies young from CTE, there are thousands of men dying young having never made a penny playing football.

Simultaneously, other buildings appear to be increasing rents for their 2bd apartments, despite them also sitting open for months! One building has increased the advertised rent of a 2 bedroom apartment by 7% since June, despite the apartment sitting unoccupied the entire time.

A random thing I do is track rental prices for a set of apartment buildings in the neighborhoods of Minneapolis my fiancee and I were considering living in. Multiple buildings have had 2bd apartments sitting open for months, even after cutting rents up to 20%.

this is great! any possibility of doing a similar split with LACs? Would be interesting to see if financial stability is the biggest concern or if it's more to do with research output/funding. If the former we'd expect the top LACs to continue plugging along as well.
