The randomness of the workouts - and pseudo-religious devotion - meant Crossfit never appealed. Hyrox seems more structured so worth a go... But I'm not sure something that needs to throttle applicants like this is for me. I'm used to #Ironman waves selling out quickly but not like this.

Brilliant analysis and worth looking at From a UK perspective our lack of efficiency ironically stems from being too lean on the things that matter - beds, diagnostics, not enough admin/managers. We apparently have the money but not the tools to leverage it.
