Achievement of the day - getting NHS.net email (and calendar, and contacts) synchronising through #Evolution Email address > skip auto discovery > change host url, auth to OAuth2, override settings as here (thanks NHS Digital webpages and random stackoverflowers), then final Fetch URL to fill OAB
