the party has done an excellent job in convincing most of its voters that "they just can't" on a host of things. and these things are simply not true. it is a choice. it is an active choice. and it is hurting america almost as much as the right's actions do.

Progress isn’t capitalism or socialism, it’s balance. Free markets drive growth/protect rights, but unchecked wealth hoarding erodes freedom. Pure collectivism overregulates into scarcity. Smart floors like UBI & Universal Healthcare create stability without killing innovation.

How is it not news when the president nods off in public meetings and press conferences dozens of times? If you follow independent media, you see it and know about it. But why hasn’t CBS, NBC or ABC showed a montage of it on their evening news? They simply refuse to ever show it.

Democrats have nothing to do with Communism. Job growth under Democratic presidents far surpasses job growth under Republican presidents. Both parties support mixed economies. Republicans subsidize corporations and the investor class. Dems subsidize basic human needs. The choice is simple.

Nothing to celebrate really. Punishments will be paid forward & won't repair the damage done. Retrospectively awarding titles to those teams who came 2nd is pointless. No joy to be gleaned from that. The Premier League can throw a library of books at City & it'll still be deeply unsatisfying.

This "founder LLC" setup seems particularly corrosive. In ordinary supervoting share structures, a split between supervoters can at least lead to the common stockholders getting a say on contentious issues — but here they're always voting their shares as a bloc, so ordinary votes become irrelevant.
Under this arrangement, a majority vote of the seven co-founders will direct a single share of Class F stock that amounts to 50.1% of the total voting power over key corporate matters, including the election of some board directors and other matters submitted to investors.
