It's not only important to vote yes on 40'and no on 42 but also no on 41. Both 41 and 42 are poison pills that will nullify 40 if either get more votes than 40 even if 40 passes

Billionaire wealth is in capital gains which are easy to defer, shelter and offset unlike w2 income. Not to mention borrow against to live off of and then have your estate pay off those loans with assets that step up in value on death - thereby avoiding cap gains tax completely
