"We know ridership and revenues are breaking records each year, but isn't Amtrak artificially limiting the supply of seats by keeping rolling stock out of service? Can we find out how many passenger seats were available 10 or 20 years ago compared to this year? At least on average?" 1/2

Between the five builders of the Class 25, a total of 280 locos were completed. Examples of the class, nicknamed ‘Ironclad’, soldiered on until 1959. We have included a wide selection of liveries for you to choose from, covering the class's 72-year service history and into its preservation days

been thinking about redeveloping Winston-Salem and just really think this parking lot could be rebuilt as a building with community space and a lounge for people taking the bus, and a series of apartments on top, just topping off a few floors above the Marriott

Ay up! The North of England had a plethora of railways serving its residents, and the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway was one of the largest, with lines stretching from coast-to-coast. Our upcoming L&Y Class 25 is going to look right at home coupled to the classy L&Y Evolution coaches.

This is the most important picture from the RAIB bulletin... It's a lateral kink that likely snapped into a buckle under the rear part of the train, but given discussion by the RAIB over embankment condition, the specific trigger remains unknown. Still plenty that's now confirmed though.

Transportation infrastructure requires long-term certainty - not sudden funding rollbacks that halt momentum on long-overdue regional and national passenger rail projects. The good news? This is only a short-term extension that would only run through December 11th. 3/5

We fix these problems by: -Funding transit so comprehensive most people don't need to drive -those that do need to use vehicles need serious retraining to more rigorous standards, which if you're already good at it, you can pass quickly. -making more multimodal streetscapes safe for everyone
