It's been a while since our last 'rejected' livery, so this being the first Friday of the month, it's appropriate to show this 'what-if' a Sentinel in BR Blue! Some Sentinels worked into the 1980s in industry, but quite how this tiny pre-war example survived the Modernisation Plan is anyone's guess.

By 1938, much of the raw meat that was being transported by the GWR was moved in more modern wagons, or the business had been taken by road haulage companies. This resulted in many of the X9s being converted, and given a new diagram, V32, and were designated as TEVANs. buff.ly/S5mXdI8
