Happy Disability Pride, folks! I'm autistic, ADHD, have C-PTSD, and limited mobility due to a nerve injury in my hip sustained during childbirth. I walk only short distances unassisted, otherwise I use forearm crutches. I also have Long Covid and both of my kids are disabled. ♿️♾️

Healthy eating is a privilege. “Wellness” is a privilege. Being able to go to the gym, yoga, hiking etc are all privileges. These things won’t “cure” disability, but even if they could, they’re out of reach for a huge portion of the population. Universal basic income now.
