Basically it made a file that was one column of thousands of big old json strings of everything for each trial and we then further processed that (originally with sql, later in python as I learned it) into an actual dataset It’s actually still that way because we’ve never had a reason to change it.

The only redeeming quality I find about BA is that they fly basically everywhere from Heathrow which prevents me from having to schlep to Gatwick (or figure out how the heck I'm going to get to Luton or Stansted). If not for that I'd generally avoid! Look at how they treated these poor people!
