Piha and Te Henga are only a 40 minute drive from Auckland itself (but a hectic 50 minute drive from each other, be warned 😂), so most people have only come out for the day. Cannot more highly recommend staying here for a couple of nights- it’s been amazing 😍 www.airbnb.com.au/rooms/15958087

Posting this before I can decide I hate it

Digital painting of Ed teach lying back on a sofa with a bowl of popcorn. He is smiling up at the to which is showing Stede Bonnet against a pink background. It appears to be a reality or presenter led show, across the bottom of the screen is a scroll with ‘Stede: The Gentleman ‘ in curling script. He is in a teal shirt and spreading his arms wide.

Ed is wearing the depression robe with his bare legs coming out of the bottom. His feet are propped on a cushion and his toenails are painted a pinkish purple. A few popcorn kernels are scattered on his robe. The room is washed in pink and teal light from the Tver

My last #EdsSensualSeptember post clearly has an identitycrisis with impending Kinktober... And I have decicioncrisis with choosing between surreal colors and b&w, so you're going to have to suffer both. Prompts: Mirrors̶, s̶p̶a̶r̶k̶l̶y̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶s̶h̶i̶n̶y̶ @edsensualseptember.bsky.social #ofmdfanart #ofmdnsfw

Digital painting of Ed from Our Flag Means Death, shown from shoulders up. His face is pressed up against a mirror by a hand in his hair, coming from outside the frame. He seems to be quite enjoying his compromised position. His eyes are closed and mouth open in a moan. Breath is fogging up the mirror, and Ed's hand is swiping fingerprints onto the surface. Colouring in surreal blues and purples, with black background

Same picture but in black and white with slight chromatic aberration on edges

ed teach is sitting in stede's bed nook by the windows. he is mostly in shadow and his face is seen in silhouette. ed's hair is highlighted in fiery colors. stede is to the right, mostly out of frame, tho his shoulder, arm, and part of his chest are visible. ed and stede both have glowing, fire-like auras around them with floating embers. between them, there is a floating, fiery heart. flames emanating from both ed and stede are flowing into the heart.

I have two frames in this project! The first one was a blurry little bastard so I decided to lean into that with an ephemeral, fleeting time sort of vibe. Every moment only lasts an instant. The second one I committed to maximum emotional devastation and I was SO happy with how this came out 😂😌

A frame from the La Vie en Frames project, showing the cabin clearly in the background, with Stede pushing Ed across the room. Both Ed and Stede are wispy and blurry, distinguishable, but the moment is already evaporating into memory

Ed and Stede finally get to kiss, but I decided to be mean about it, so it’s Ed’s glove-clad hand shoving the two wedding toppers together, imagining this moment

Okay, friends, the final chapter of Muscle Memory is up! 18.5 hours, many character within characters, and more Russian dialogue than I had any right to attempt. I’m really proud of this piece, and now that it’s complete, I hope some of you who might have been holding off will give it a chance.

I'm so glad to see OFMD muse has not completely forsaken me 🥹 For #EdsSensualSeptember Prompts: burlesque, red, lace @edsensualseptember.bsky.social #ofmdfanart

Drawn fanart of Ed from Our Flag Means Death. He is spotlighted agains dark background, dressed in vivid red robe with wide sleeves. The robe is barely tied shut in the middle and he is teasingly tugging at the belt with one hand. One stocking clad leg is peeking out, and it seems he is wearing little else, maybe a hint of black lace panties with garters. There is a seductive smirk on his face and sparkles around him.

Ed took Stede's "Darling, you can't possibly kiss EVERY one." as a challenge. That'll learn 'em. (Thank you to sweetest @xrayvex.bsky.social for adopting this ancient sketch!!) #ofmd #OurFlagMeansDeath

Drawing of Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. Ed is pushing down a robe on Stede's shoulder and smooching Stede's freckles. Stede has his head back resting on Ed's shoulder, his eyes are closed and he's smiling. Ed's shirtless and has his arms wrapped around Stede's chest. Totally gross and embarrassing how in love they are.
