The word ‘Tinkle’ and underneath it the word ‘Twinkle’, written with a brushpen in black ink on white paper. The second half of each word —nkle—is drawn with connected strokes The lettershapes are basically the same with very slight variations. But it’s all about those variations of course.

Saw him perform maybe 6 times. I sat in the front row when he did Swimming to Cambodia in London and took a few polaroid photos during his performance. Afterwards everyone was leaving while he picked up all the sheets of paper on the stage, I went up and he, delighted, signed the photos for/to me.

A six-foot (ish) high turquoise iceberg with a small friend on a black sand beach. Grey rainy day with some of the turquoise reflected in the blank sand, and long exposure smooth waves breaking.

Was riding in a taxi where the driver had left the screen on startup mode. Dunno if it was laziness or a protest but either way we all preferred it inactive

Inside a car, sitting in the back we are looking at the dashboard and centre console. The driver has his phone mounted on the windscreen, displaying a map. Next to the steering wheel, the car’s iPad-sized screen is a while rectangle with chinese language characters displayed on it

We used a translate app on the screen, chinese characters converted to english:
