I voted for 910 because she's my queen but Backpack is such a worthy winner. A real chill guy, a survivor, an absolute hunk of a chunk. and look at him as a tiny guy, with his legendary mum Holly (who won in 2019)

my ME/CFS is mild. I am thankfully able to work. I could not work without my partner doing the bulk of the housework, preparing healthy meals and clean clothes etc. I have almost no life outside of work. I can't work full time and realistically I know I'm working more than my body is able.

Last one for tonight. No not John Atkinson Grimshaw but a painting of Upper Westgate Wakefield (1896) by son Louis Hubbard Grimshaw (1870–1944). Like his father he produced many evening scenes lit by artificial light and moonlight. The painting is now in the collection of the Hepworth Wakefield.

Louis Hubbard Grimshaw’s Wakefield, Upper Westgate (1896) masterfully captures the atmospheric essence of late Victorian urban life. Heavily influenced by his father, John Atkinson Grimshaw, the artist employs a muted, twilight palette to evoke a sense of nostalgic isolation. Wet, glistening cobblestones reflect the warm glow of shopfronts and gas lamps, contrasting sharply with the sombre towering silhouette of the cathedral spire piercing the misty sky.

his greatest fear in life is the shower but every time I take one he tries to break down the door to get in and protect me from it. if I let him in the bathroom he just stands near the shower (for protection I guess) whilst looking miserable.

one of my favourite things about my ridiculous little cat is that his best mate is the cleaner who visits every two weeks to help my disabled ass keep the place somewhat acceptable. he has appointed himself her supervisor and he takes it very seriously.
