One of the downstream effects of the new era of agentic AI is that it's going to be harder for new writers to break in, as it's become prohibitively difficult for publications to vet these submissions. Unless, of course, the sender self-identifies itself as an AI agent.

Funny observation from this trip: I’ve pretty much stopped using rideshare apps. If you give me a taxi line, I’m going to choose the taxi line, because I know the people behind the wheel understand how to drive and I know the pricing won’t be some algorithmic mystery meat.

Mr. Emanuel writes: “He goes to the gym; he thinks that means he’s taking care of himself. But it doesn’t. I scold him. He hasn’t gotten his blood work done in years, he isn’t doing ice plunges, he isn’t doing daily breath work, he isn’t fasting. And he needs to be eating worms.”

My biggest issue in the 2028 election will be whichever candidate promises to deconsolidate power in the executive branch. The last few days have made it clear that Gavin Newsom continues to suck for a variety of reasons, AND that he's only interested in consolidating power, no matter the harm.
