Ich gebe der Analyse recht, aber: Es gäbe durchaus Lösungen, aber die würden viele Investitionen und einen echten, nachhaltigen Plan benötigen. Du musst diese Regionen wieder attraktiv für (junge) Menschen machen: ÖPNV- und Bahnverbindungen, Job-Möglichkeiten etc. - möglich, wenn auch kompliziert.
