Update on Pedro Mendoza Chávez: While he was in the hospital, ICE refused to let his wife see or speak to him, and an officer told her he had fallen. Pedro, 63, says agents kicked him to the ground.
Instead of being in a hospital, he's at an ICE detention facility in Taylor, Texas.
