tokyo xtreme racer is very much a Perfect Game That Gets 7.5/10 In EGM to me. what it lacks in bells and whistles it more than makes up for in having a flawless core game with a marianas trench worth of depth in it. also its the most PS2-coded game ive played in a bit. highly recommend.
