I'm not immune to the demands for civility and bipartisanship, but they are also vulnerabilities that allow bad faith and partisan actors to destroy lives while maintaining occupying prestigious public platforms, and for the provider of those platforms to be rewarded for pretending not to notice.

I think the arch nonsense is more about claiming a ludicrous security purpose in the litigation like he did for the ballroom. But the general point is true: he has absolutely no intention of a peaceful transfer of power in Jan 2029, and planning and preparation for that is no doubt already underway.
