I did a 5Live discussion show with him at the height of the Brexit debate, and he kept his eyes closed throughout his answers to why he opposed a second referendum. Wouldn't look at us. Wasn't pleased when I pointed this out to the listeners, who couldn't see what he was doing.

Irrespective of, point is that the 1 & only time that Article V was triggered, it was triggered by the US; NATO members did what they are meant to do: they helped without fail If, h’ever, a NATO member wld be attacked now, the US under Trump wouldn’t help In fact, they’d prob side w the aggressor
