Mental menstruation. I also hoard a lot in my mind no thanks to the diseases of mind I live with. There's also this cleanup cycle, it's, sadly not as regular as the one in the uterus, hence FAR MORE PAINFUL WHEN IT HITS. Letting go is the first step of welcoming in.
